Join me just before the Summer Solstice as we honour the vibrant energy of the longest days of the year.
In this circle, we will come together to ground ourselves and connect with others through our voices as we awaken the voice of our hearts. Honouring the natural cycles of the year, through sound and song, we open a pathway back to our innermost selves. Through mantra, the resonance of sound in our bodies and the connection with our authentic voice, we can access a deep sense of stillness, presence and connection.
When used in this way, the voice becomes more than expression—it becomes a powerful tool for connection, healing, and transformation.
